• Thurs. 21 Dec. Bruce: There was a 9am EST Conference call today Thurs. 21 Dec. between what was believed to be the US Treasury and leaders of the 7,000 Redemption Centers in the US. The outcome was that there was a 98% chance of Tier4b going before Christmas.
